Mr. Maulik is a distinguished professional with a Master’s in Commerce, specializing in Business Management, and holds a UGC-NET (Commerce) qualification. As a seasoned Company Secretary, he excels in financial management, law, and corporate governance. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Mr. Maulik showcases a commitment to advancing knowledge in this critical domain.
With over five years of experience as a faculty member, he has taught financial management, law, and economics across various academic and professional institutions. Recognized as a visiting faculty at the Bikaner Branch of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Maulik is esteemed in the professional community.
Additionally, he holds the title of a ‘Certified CSR Professional,’ awarded by the ICSI, underscoring his expertise and commitment in the field of CSR. Mr. Maulik’s diverse skill set, blending academic prowess with practical experience, makes him a valuable asset to the academic and professional spheres he engages with.
