IPEM Law Academy (NAAC Accredited) affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and approved by the Bar Council of India, offering LLB (3 years), B.A. LL.B (5 years) and B Com LLB (5 Years) Courses. IPEM Law Academy believes in promoting, learning, and enriching the academic pursuits of our students. 

About the Event

IPEM Law Academy is organizing the 4th International E-Conference on the “Implementation of Human Rights. International Perspective: Issues and Solutions” on 28th October 2023. 

Human rights are very important rights. The implementation of human rights on an international level faces various challenges. The major reason behind it is a lack of awareness. It requires concerted efforts from all.  

This Conference aims to bring together governments, business leaders, environmental educators, academics, and practitioners to exchange knowledge and experience and learn from each other how to strengthen the implementation and application of Human rights. It will also provide a platform for discussion about the latest issues in the field of human rights and highlight the possible solutions to the problems. This e-conference will serve as a platform for participants to come forward to reflect upon and address various issues being faced. Apart from plenary sessions, this conference will also ponder our response to such challenges and be aware of what approaches are adopted in different countries. 

The Organizing Committee of IPEM Law Academy is welcoming original thematic papers, case studies, surveys, project proposals, action plans, best practices, etc. relating to, but not limited to the following sub-themes:  

EMERGING CHALLENGES RELATING TO HUMAN RIGHTS  

CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGISLATIVE FRAMEWORK OF HUMAN RIGHTS  

HUMAN RIGHTS AND TECHNOLOGY  

THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE WAY FORWARD  

HUMAN RIGHT ISSUE AND UNITED NATION’S RESPONSES  

Formatting and submission guidelines have been provided in detail in the brochure attached with this mail. The registration of a participant shall be said to have been completed only upon the payment of the registration fee, i.e.:  

Fees

  • INR 2000/ 50 USD – Academicians/ Industrialists  
  • INR 1500/ 50 USD – Research Scholars  
  • INR 750/ 25 USD – Students  
  • INR 500/ 20 USD – Attendees Only 

Important Dates

On the demand of the academic fraternity, the last date for submission of the abstract and full paper has been extended. The extended dates are as follows: 

  • Abstract Submission- 12th September 2023
  • Acceptance of Abstract- 14th September 2023 
  • Full Paper- 25th September 2023
  • Full Submission of Revised Paper- 30th September 2023
