Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is a leading fertilizers and chemicals manufacturing company with about 75% of its equity held by the Government of India. The company has been accorded the coveted mini Ratna status in 1997, it has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai.
RCF manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 percent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners, and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals. Besides fertilizer products, RCF also produces a large number of industrial chemicals that are important for the manufacture of dyes, solvents, leather, pharmaceuticals, and a host of other industrial products.
About the Opportunity
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is inviting applications for the post of Advisor (Legal) from eligible candidates and the engagement of Advisor (Legal) at RCF is on a contract basis.

Roles and Responsibilities
The role of the Advisor (Legal) is to examine the various legal issues/matters of the company & give advice to the company to look after cases etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant should have a degree in Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B).
- The preference will be given to Masters of Laws (LL.M).
- Applicant should have 15 years of experience in officer’s level/managerial level of the legal department in limited companies/ state/ central government PSUs/ government organizations.
- Applicant age shall be a maximum of 62 years while applying for the post of Advisor.
Salary
Lump sum remuneration of Rs. 1,60,000/- per month plus applicable GST under reverse charge mechanism (RCM).
