Eligibility
The applicant must be an Indian citizen and possess a degree in Law of a statutory University, or any other qualification declared by the Government to be equivalent thereto. The advertisement treats the B.L.S.LL.B., B.B.A.LL.B., B.S.L.LL.B. and B.A.LL.B. courses as equivalent. No minimum experience is stated; preference will be given to a candidate with a Master’s Degree in Law of a statutory University or an equivalent qualification.
