Forum Legitimum is conducting a competition on Drafting of PIL and Writ Petition and it is to be held on August 28, 2022.

About the Organization

Forum Legitimum is an Instagram page that was started by a group of law students who wanted to bring all sorts of legal information into one platform.

The page typically focuses on legal facts, legal topics, maxims apart from current affairs, and other interesting content.

We also organize exciting events and competitions, webinars, and workshops. All vdof these endeavors are solely organized for the purpose of providing legal literacy to the nation.

About the Competition

Forum Legitimum is pleased to introduce its competition on Drafting of PIL and Writ Petition. It aims to provide a unique platform for students, to put their knowledge and quizzing instincts to the test. The competition is conducted in collaboration with Into Legal World.

Into Legal World is conducting a course on Drafting and Pleading of Writ Petition and PIL. The course is a golden opportunity to learn the basics from the most knowledgeable advocates. The competition conducted by Forum Legitimum is to put test the skills that are obtained from the course.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to all students of law.

Registration

  • Registration Fee :

Where the participant has attended the Course, there is no registration fee.

Where the participant has not attended the Course, the registration fee: is Rs.50/-

The registration amount is Rs 50/- for those who didn’t attend the course conducted by Into Legal World. Kindly ensure that you are entering the right amount before paying.

  • A certificate of participation will be provided to all the participants.
  • Internship opportunities will also be provided to the Top 10.

Rules to be observed

  • The competition for Drafting of PIL and Writ Petition shall take place online.
  • The participant can give this exam from their home or hostel or any other place with the use of a laptop or Mobile Phone.
  • The submission shall be made through Google Forms.
  • The proposition will be given a week before the date of submission.
  • The competition on Drafting of PIL and Writ Petition is open to all law students.
  • Participation as a team is not allowed.
  • Any technical issue faced by any participant shall entirely be at his responsibility and organizers owe no liability/responsibility towards the same.
  • All certificates shall be in digital form and will be sent on the e-mail id provided in the google form.
  • The decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding in relation to any matter connected with the competition.
