Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Academic Requirements:
- Regular full-time 2-year MBA/MSW/Postgraduate Degree or Diploma (or equivalent) with specialization in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare.
- Preference: Candidates with an additional Law degree (LL.B.) are preferred.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 20 to 22 years post-qualification experience in HR domain.
- The candidate should have prior experience as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for leading and managing entire HR functions.
- Key Qualities & Skills:
- Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience in:
- Policy formulation and implementation
- Manpower planning & recruitment
- Industrial relations & compliance
- Succession planning and disciplinary matters
- Training & development, wage and salary administration
- Handling establishment matters, including reservation policy
- Liaison with statutory authorities
- Should demonstrate experience in capacity-building initiatives and innovative learning & development programs.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential.
Nature of Engagement & Remuneration
- Contractual Engagement: Purely on contract basis.
- Emoluments: As per last pay drawn if retired from Govt./PSUs (not receiving government pension), subject to EPIL norms. No additional benefits beyond consolidated remuneration.
- Tenure: As specified in the engagement letter.
