ABOUT THE COURSE

Overview:

The E-Contracts course is a comprehensive 5 weeks program designed for 2nd onwards law students. It aims to provide in-depth knowledge of Electronic Contracts, which are becoming increasingly crucial in the digital and business world. The course will cover essential aspects of E-Contracts, including legal, technical, and practical considerations, delivered by distinguished experts in the field.

This online course will be available to IILM students and external participants as well, allowing law students across India to benefit from expert insights on this growing area of law.

Course Details:

  1. Mode: Online (via video conferencing platform)
  2. Duration: 5 weeks course (3 classes per week on alternate days) Starting from 10/02/2025
  3. Timing: Every alternate day from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  4. Target Audience: 2nd year onwards Law students

Course Structure:

This course consists of 15 expert-led sessions, with each session focusing on a specific sub-theme. The sessions will be conducted by legal professionals, corporate law experts, and academicians, offering participants valuable insights and practical knowledge.

The participants have to mandatorily take all the sessions. Every session will be followed by a 10 min. “small test” on the basis of which attendance will be marked and competition certificate will be issued.
