- Age Limit: 32 to 50 years
Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- LL.M. with 5 years of experience in handling service matters
OR - 5-year Integrated LL.B. / LL.B. (3-year) with 8 years of experience in handling service matters
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Comprehensive understanding of Government rules, regulations, and procedures
- Expertise in Service Law, Industrial Law, and Labour Law
- Practical experience in handling cases in Civil Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals, and Arbitration proceedings
- Ability to draft and review Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Legal Agreements
