The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Delhi, invites applications from eligible Indian citizens for 1 Law Researcher post on contract basis (Circular dated 06 April 2026). Requiring Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law with minimum 55% marks from BCI-recognised institution and sound knowledge of computer applications, offering fixed remuneration of ₹60,000 per month. Submit prescribed application form to Registrar, DRAT Delhi by 22 April 2026.

DRAT Delhi Law Researcher Role

DRAT adjudicates appeals against DRT orders under RDDBFI Act 1993 (₹10 lakh+ debts), disposing 2,000+ cases annually. Law Researchers assist Members with:

• Case analysis, precedent research.
• Drafting judgments/orders.
• Legal documentation.
• Digital research (search engines, databases).

Vacancy Specifications

Age Limit: 21-30 years (relaxable for reserved categories).

Essential Qualifications

Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (3-year/5-year integrated) OR LL.M..
• Minimum 55% marks from College/University recognised by BCI for Advocate enrolment.

Technical Skills:

• Sound knowledge of computer applications.
• Retrieval of information from search engines/processes.
