Empanelment of Advocates at EPFO (Haryana Zone), Block Year 2026–28

Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has invited applications for empanelment of Panel Counsel(s) for the Haryana Zone for the block year 2026–28 to represent the Central Board, EPF before High Courts, District/Lower Courts, Tribunals (CAT/CGIT), NCLT/NCLAT, and State/District Consumer Fora across Haryana.
Position
- Name of the post: Panel Advocate (Empanelment)
Eligibility and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Enrolled/registered as an Advocate with a Bar Council; for Supreme Court matters, Advocate-on-Record registration is required.
- Minimum professional/court practice:
- High Courts and other State Courts: at least 7 years.
- Supreme Court, NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT: at least 10 years.
- EPFO’s standard empanelment norms require relevant experience in handling civil, criminal, service, labour, arbitration, consumer, and corporate fora; EPF & MP Act familiarity is commonly expected in EPFO empanelments (as seen in recent zone notices).
Scope of Work
- Representation before:
- High Court, District/Lower Courts, CAT, CGIT, NCLT/NCLAT, State Consumer Commission and District Consumer Forums in Haryana.
- Engagement is on a panel basis as per EPFO empanelment guidelines and fee schedules notified by EPFO for the relevant block period.
