About the event
Space Law can be described as a body of law consisting of various international laws, treaties, conventions governing space-related (governing outer space) matters. As space activities of various countries are increasing day by day, having a practical and huge knowledge of space law is necessary.
In this webinar, we shall discuss the fundamentals of space law and the relevance of space law in the next decades, as well as important international treaties pertaining to space law.
About the speaker
Ms. Anwesha Pathak is a Ph.D. Scholar in Air and Space Laws at New Law College in Pune, and she is currently working as an Assistant Professor at New Law College, BVDU Pune.
She holds a master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law and has worked briefly in Corporate Law before entering into the field of academia.
She is a dedicated researcher with several national and international publications under her name.
