What the work involves
- Assist U.S./Canada immigration teams in preparing immigration cases (work visas and permanent residence categories).
- Learn and apply legal requirements for each category; draft complex petition packages tailored to case facts and legal criteria.
- Revise drafts; maintain organized virtual workspaces and document repositories.
- Leverage tech tools to improve efficiency; coordinate with support teams across EY’s global network.
- Contribute to team development, report to seniors on utilization/efficiency metrics, and take ownership of assigned workstreams.
