Essential Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the area of operation of the PACS.
- Candidates residing outside the area of operation but within Angul District may also apply. However, their candidature will be considered only if no eligible candidate is found from the PACS area of operation.
- The candidate must hold a Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university and possess computer proficiency.
Desirable Qualifications (Preference will be given to candidates holding any of the following):
- Higher Diploma in Co-operative Management
- M.Com / M.Sc. / M.A. / MBA / LLM / MCA / BBA / BCA
- Diploma in Co-operative Management & Computer Application from a recognized university/institution
