Qualification & Experience – Highlights
Deputy Project Officer (HR)
- Essential: Full-time graduation in any discipline followed by a PG degree in HR/Personnel or a PG degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification in HR/personnel/industrial relations/Admin/Training/Legal matters. Preference for those with legal/service matters, RTI, and HR software experience.
- Desirable: Experience in service/RTI matters, hands-on knowledge of HR modules.
Senior Consultant (Legal)
- Essential: Graduate + LLB or integrated 5-year Law degree (minimum 50% marks).
- Experience: At least 25 years as a practicing lawyer (Civil/High Courts/tribunals in Andhra Pradesh). Strong expertise in arbitration matters. Retired GMs/AGMs from CPSEs with last 10 years exclusively in legal domain will be preferred.
- Nature of Engagement: Fixed term contract for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance. Must be available at HSL a minimum of 16 working days per month (balance can be remote).

Pay, Perks & Benefits

- ₹73,000 per month + retention incentive of ₹2,500 on yearly completion.

- Senior Consultant (Legal):
- ₹1,20,000 per month + retention incentive of ₹3,000 on yearly completion.
- Travel, outstation allowances, and HSL accommodation for official travels.
