Employees’ Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) proposes to engage Panel Counsel(s) to represent the offices of Central Board of Trustees, Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation, situated in the state of Andhra Pradesh before the following judicial Foras: (a) Hon’ble High Court bench at Amaravati, (b) Hon’ble NCLT bench at Amaravati, (c) A.P. State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at Amaravati, (d) District Courts, Lower Courts & District Consumer Forums situated in the all Districts(erstwhile) of Andhra Pradesh i.e. Anantapur, Chittoor, East Godavari, Guntur, Kadapa, Krishna, Kurnool, Nellore, Prakasam, Srikakulam, Vishakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, West Godavari.

Essential Qualification and Experience
• The Law Firms can also apply for empanelment and assign the advocates to deal with cases of the department. The Firm shall ensure that there is no conflict of interest in matters contesting for EPFO.
• The Advocate should have a bachelor’s degree in law from a recognized) university.
• The Advocate should be enrolled/registered as an advocate with a Bar Council. The advocates are required to have the minimum professional/court practice experience of minimum 7 years for High Courts and other Courts in the State for NCLTs minimum of 10 years’ experience shall be required.
• Relevant experience of handling Civil, Criminal, Service, Labour, Arbitration matters and other cases with a fair knowledge of Labour Laws with special reference to Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act,1952 (EPF and MP Act, 1952) and Schemes framed there under.
