Role expectations
- Disputes: Manage arbitration under construction contracts (e.g., EPC, item‑rate, FIDIC‑like conditions), court and tribunal matters, and execution/enforcement proceedings
- Contracting: Draft/review EPC/subcontract/vendor agreements, performance bonds, indemnities, undertakings, affidavits; support pre‑contract risk allocation and bid stage clarifications
- Advisory: Provide legal opinions on claims, extensions, liquidated damages, change orders, price variation, termination, and settlement; support project teams on compliance and notices
- Documentation: Maintain docketing, cause lists, evidence, and MIS; coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders for timely filing and hearings
