Role overview

This is an in-house/enterprise contracting role within Deloitte’s OGC (Office of the General Counsel) – Legal set-up, focused on end-to-end support for client-facing deals and subcontracting arrangements. The role is designed for lawyers who can independently structure, negotiate, and close transactions while balancing business speed with risk management and compliance.

Eligibility and experience

Applicants should typically meet these requirements:

LL.B. from a recognized institution.
6–12 years post-qualification experience in client-facing commercial contracting or technology/service agreements.
Strong track record negotiating client-facing and subcontracting contracts, including cross-border transactions.
Preferred exposure: outsourcing, managed services, or professional services contracting.
Added advantage: experience with data privacy contracting (data protection clauses, DPAs).

Key responsibilities
