✅ Eligibility Criteria:
As per Rule 3(12)(b) of the Tribunal (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2021, a candidate must fulfill one of the following criteria:
- Be, or have been, a Judge of a High Court; OR
- Have served for a combined period of ten years as a District Judge and Additional District Judge; OR
- Be a person of ability, integrity, and standing with at least 25 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields:
- Economics
- Business
- Commerce
- Law
- Finance
- Accountancy
- Management
- Industry
- Public Affairs
- Administration
- Or any other area relevant to the functions of the NCDRC
