🧾 Eligibility & Experience Requirements
🔹 Head – India Cine Hub
- Postgraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Media, Journalism, Law, Marketing, or Advertising.
- 15+ years of experience in content production/post-production with strong commercial, operational, and technical acumen.
- Proven industry network across production houses, filmmakers, financiers, and VFX studios.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities.
🔹 Deputy Head – India Cine Hub
- Postgraduate degree in relevant disciplines.
- 12+ years of experience in media production/post-production.
- Sound understanding of industry ecosystems with stakeholder engagement expertise.
- Proven team development and collaboration skills.
🔹 Operation Manager – India Cine Hub
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience (preferably in the media & entertainment industry).
- Strong skills in stakeholder/client servicing and MS Office tools.
🔹 Assistant Operation Manager – India Cine Hub
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media & entertainment sectors in roles like policy research, consulting, investment analysis, or client services.
- Proficiency in communication, data tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and program management.
