The National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) invites applications for the position of Research Associate to support a research project in the area of Competition Law and Corporate Governance. The positions are offered on a purely contractual basis and include both full-time (offline) and remote (online) roles.
This is a unique opportunity for motivated law and social science scholars to contribute to cutting-edge research under the guidance of NLU Delhi faculty.
🧾 Position Details:
🔹 Full-Time (Offline) Research Associate
- Vacancies: 01
- Mode: Onsite (NLU Delhi Campus)
- Eligibility:
- LL.B. or graduate degree in Social Sciences
- Proven knowledge in Competition Law and Corporate Governance
- Familiarity with laws related to digital platforms and technology
- Experience with legal research tools and case/statutory analysis
- Duration: Initially 6 months (extendable by 3 months based on performance)
- Remuneration: ₹30,000/- per month
🔹 Remote (Online) Research Associate
- Vacancies: 02
- Mode: Online
- Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing LL.B. or Social Sciences degree
- Demonstrated interest in Competition Law and Corporate Governance
- Familiarity with legal research and analysis tools
- Duration: Initially 3 months (extendable by 3 months based on performance)
- Remuneration: ₹10,000/- per month
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal and policy research on competition law and corporate governance (India & global)
- Prepare academic papers, policy briefs, and research reports
- Organize conferences, roundtables, and stakeholder consultations
- Coordinate with government agencies, industry leaders, and consumer advocacy groups
- Assist in dissemination of project outcomes and other related responsibilities
