About National Green Tribunal (NGT)

The National Green Tribunal Act, 2010 is an Act of the Parliament of India which enables the creation of a special tribunal to handle the expeditious disposal of cases pertaining to environmental issues.

About the Position

Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for filling up 6 vacancies of Judicial assistants.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized University.
  • Computer Training Course for 6 months from a recognized Institute.

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Environmental Studies or Environmental Science as one of the subjects.
  • 2 years of work experience in the field of environment in a Government office or public sector undertaking or autonomous body or statutory body.

Salary

As per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Age Limit

Candidates shall not be below 21 years and above 30 years.
