Indian Dispute Resolution Centre
The Indian Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC) is a not-for-profit Arbitral, Mediation and Conciliation Institution. IDRC is also registered with NITI Aayog and empanelled with the Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India. It was inaugurated by Justice A.K. Sikri on 22nd May 2020. The IDRC provides a unique blend of both offline as well as online ADR platforms and has its own indigenously developed e-ADR software.
IDRC’s Panel of Domestic Arbitrators and Mediators come from a wide spectrum of fields and comprises Retired Supreme Court Judges, Retired High Court Judges, District Court Judges, Senior Advocates, Ex-PSUs Heads, Chartered Accountants and others. IDRC’s Overseas Arbitrators consist of Queen’s Counsels, Barristers, Solicitors from London, Singapore, Malaysia etc.

The ADR problem is a contemporary legal issue. Eminent Judges, Lawyers & Academicians of the highest standing in India, converge to adjudicate the various rounds of the competition. The said event shall be conducted virtually.
