About the Speaker:

Namit Saxena is an Advocate On Record at the Supreme Court of India. He has been Empanelled as Standing Counsel for the State of Uttar Pradesh before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL), Grid Corporation of Odisha, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and many more. He has authored concise commentary on The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, published by Lexis Nexis India, revising Author of the 18th edition of the Code of Civil Procedure (Abridged version), published by Lexis Nexis India etc. His area of practice is Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Electricity Law, Labour Law, Environment Law, Corporate Law, Banking Law, Criminal Law & Taxation Law.
