ABOUT SCHOOL OF LAW

The School of Law at Rai University is a prestigious institution established in 2014 with the goal of committed to delivering a quality of legal education and fostering the development of skilled legal professionals. Law school offers degree courses of LL.B (3 Year undergraduate program) and LL.M (1 Year Course). Law schools play a crucial role in preparing individuals for the legal profession and contributing to the development of legal systems worldwide. Since its inception, the school has aimed to combine rigorous academic training with practical experience, ensuring graduates are well-prepared to meet the demands of the legal profession.

ABOUT THE CLRS, VidhiAagaz

The (VidhiAagaz®) are a team of 50+ Academicians and Professionals spread across 6 countries registered under Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, GOI via UAM No. MP40D0012645 and ISO 9001:2015 certified educational venture specialising in academic publications. They publish 3 International Journals and 2 series of Books, which are indexed at prestigious databases like HeinOnline, Manupatra, and Google Scholar etc. They have published Research Papers by Authors from 41 Countries, 400+ Universities, 20 High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India and Rwanda.

The Centre for Legal Research and Studies (CLRS) is a specialised branch of VidhiAagaz related to law. It is an online learning platform aimed at spreading awareness about the law and other legal concepts for the benefit of the general public while adopting a fun, practical pedagogy by extensive teaching of these concepts to learners of the legal fraternity through its Online Learning initiatives and Training Sessions. The Centre aims to create a forum for legal discussions.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

The aim of this conference is to raise awareness of cyber security and promote innovations in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications in cyber security. This conferences shall provide a platform for researchers, academicians, students and scientists to share their knowledge, exchange ideas and discuss the latest advancements in AI and cyber security. The conferences also aim to identify the challenges and opportunities in the field and provide a roadmap for future research and development.
Some of the key objectives of these conferences include:
• To discuss the latest advancements and innovations in AI and cyber security.
• To identify the challenges and opportunities in the field.
• To provide a roadmap for future research and development.
• To promote innovations and applications of AI in cyber security.
This conference is important for the development of AI and cyber security as they bring together experts from academia, industry, and government to discuss the latest developments and challenges in the field. It shall also provide opportunities for collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing among the participants.

Theme 5: Miscellaneous

Cyber Crimes and AI effecting welfare of the society through Healthcare, E-commerce, Education services, Banking and Financial Services.

Note: The above-mentioned sub-themes are illustrative and not exhaustive and hence any submission pertinent to the provided themes may be taken into consideration.

Eligibility

The conference is open to all students across various disciplines, Ph.D. scholars, Academicians, Lawyers, Researchers, Policy Makers, Police Officers and Officials from various Departments, Representatives from Institutions, Social activists and NGOs.

Submission of Abstracts and Research Papers

Authors are invited to submit abstracts and research papers on the above themes through e-mail sol.raiuniversity@gmail.com with a subject “Submission of Abstract” and “Submission of Research Paper” respectively.

Stage 1: Submission of Abstract

• An abstract of 250-300 words with 4 to 5 keywords has to be submitted for acceptance.
• The abstract must contain only the title of the paper.
• The name of the author(s), designation, institutional affiliation, e-mail address, postal address, and contact number must be sent in a separate cover page along with the abstract.
• Co-authorship is allowed up to a maximum of 2 authors.

Stage 2: Submission of Research Paper

  • Authors whose abstracts have been accepted can submit the full papers of 2500 – 3500 words, including footnotes.
  • Submissions should be original and unpublished works.
  • If any submission is found plagiarized (15% and above), it will be outrightly rejected.
  • Footnoting Style: APA/ILI (refer to https://ili.ac.in/cstyle.pdf )
  • Formatting rules:
    • Body Font – Times New Roman
    • Body Font Size – 12, Size 14 can be used for Headings only
    • Line Spacing for the body – 1.5
    • Footnote font – Times New Roman, Font Size – 10; Line Spacing -1.0
    • Page number- Bottom Center
  • Acceptance will be intimated before the conference for the selected research papers by the organizers.
  • (Any communication of submission for Abstract and Research Paper shall contain the specific sub-theme chosen for research)

RULES FOR PRESENTATION

  • The conference will be held in online mode, for which the link shall be shared through respective means.
  • The attendees and the paper presenters shall be allowed via virtual attendance. Attendance
  • will be examined based on the platform record.
  • Participants must have attended all conference sessions for the entire duration of the inauguration, panel discussion, the allotted thematic session and the valedictory to claim digital certification.
  • Presenters must be present on the designated online platform for the sessions allotted until the conclusion of the session to answer questions and receive feedback from the chairpersons and participants.
  • Participants must ensure that they have the required infrastructure to support online presentations and good Internet connectivity.
  • Presenters who fail to present their paper in their allotted slot due to poor internet connectivity or failure of the device shall not be allotted a different slot to make their presentation and will subsequently not be provided with a certificate and publication of research paper.
  • All presentations and discussions shall only be in English and the participants are expected to maintain decorum of the conference.
  • All presenters shall be given a minimum of 5 minutes to present their research.
  • Any views and ideas expressed by the attendees, paper presenters, chairpersons and spectators during the Conference are not reflective in any way upon the organizers views and are not indicative in any manner of the Institution.
  • The Organizing Committee shall serve as the sole and final arbiter in all matters related to the Conference

Publication & Awards

  • Publication: All the selected papers shall be published in the edited book titled ‘CYBER SECURITY CONCERNS AND USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE’ with an ISBN number with a renowned publisher within 30 days from the date of conference.
  • Paper Presenters: Hard Copy of the book shall be provided to the first author along with the certificate of participation (by post/courier). The second author can avail the copy of the book at subsidiary charges upon special request.
  • Awards: The Best Paper Presenter award shall be given under every theme of the conference.
