About the Seminar

The CMR University  School Of Legal Studies, Bengaluru is organizing a National Seminar on ‘Recent Trends in Constitutional Law’ on June 24, 2022.

The objective of the Seminar is to focus on the recent trends in the area and focus on engaging the participants with constitutional theory and its practical application in framing law and policy in order to realize the constitutional vision in recent years. 

The deliberations in this seminar will focus on the recent trends in this area with a view to engage the participants in both constitutional theory and its practical application from the perspective of framing law and policy in order to realize the constitutional vision.

  • Emerging Perspectives in Constitutional Interpretation
  • Separation of Powers – Need for restraint.
  • Relevance of DPSP in Constitutional Governance in India
