Essential eligibility
- Education: Graduate in Law, including integrated degrees under 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 patterns, with minimum 50% aggregate from an institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate/Attorney.
- Course completion within duration: Must have passed all examinations within the scheduled course duration.
- Recency of degree: LL.B./LL.M. obtained not earlier than two years as on the advertisement date (18.08.2025) or other specified date.
- Final‑year eligibility: Candidates in 5th year of 5‑year LL.B. or 3rd year of 3‑year LL.B. after graduation can apply, subject to furnishing law degree proof before joining.
- Ineligibility: Candidates pursuing PG Law or any course requiring compulsory attendance during the engagement period are not eligible.
Skills and knowledge requirements
