Essential Eligibility
Assistant Professor (Commercial/Insolvency Law)
- LL.M. with 55% marks (or equivalent) in Commercial Law/Insolvency Law from a recognised university, with good academic record.
- UGC-NET/SLET (Law) OR Ph.D. in relevant discipline as per UGC Regulations.
- 02 years’ teaching experience in Commercial/Insolvency Law.
- Quality publications in the specialisation.
Research Associate (Commercial/Insolvency Law)
- LL.M. or relevant Master’s from recognised Indian/foreign university with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
- Good academic record.
- Prior research experience (fieldwork/data collection) desirable.
- Proficiency in Commercial Law/Insolvency Law.
General: No age limit specified; contractual engagement.
