Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Must hold a Degree in Law from a recognized university.
Professional Experience:
- Must have been practicing as an Advocate in Courts of Civil and Criminal Jurisdiction for a period of not less than seven (7) years as on the last date fixed for submission of the online application.
- Must also be a practicing advocate at the time of appointment, in accordance with the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Dheeraj Mor vs. High Court of Delhi [(2020) 7 SCC 407].
Language Proficiency:
- Must possess knowledge of the Mizo language at least up to Middle School standard. Relevant documentary proof must be produced at the time of document verification.
