Advocate Shubham Kumar, founding partner of Nyayniti, embarked on his legal career in a corporate law firm, honing his skills before transitioning to work with an AOR. Throughout his tenure, he secured favorable orders from the Supreme Court, High Court, and lower courts of Delhi. Noteworthy achievements include securing bail under section 307 IPC in the Supreme Court and successfully quashing FIRs under section 376. In August 2023, Advocate Shubham Kumar ventured into establishing Nyayniti, a law firm aimed at delivering exemplary legal services.
