ABOUT THE CHIEF GUEST

Adv. Sonali Satpathy is an advocate with more than 8 years of experience in HR, Brand Management, and Sexual Harassment matters. She is a government-certified POSH facilitator. She has been certified by various organizations, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing for “Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention.” She has also written a book on “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013,” which serves as a handbook for people entering the field and looking forward to serving as an ICC Committee. She has even served as an ICC Committee member in more than 18 organizations. She has also been featured in “BeSpoke Diaries” and “Lawctopus” Star Student Programme for her work for society. She runs various campaigns against evil activities with a vision to eradicate them to the highest possible limit.
