We all are well aware of the traditional litigation processes which for some inevitable reasons will always prevail but the burden on the courts of dispute cases can be avoided. Arbitration Dispute Resolution is one avenue to resolve certain disputes through Arbitration, Mediation, and Conciliation which could ease the burden on the courts. Online Dispute Resolution also deploys Information Technology along with the ADR. With the introduction of e-Courts and online hearing through videoconferencing Indian Courts have stepped out of the traditional litigation process in the ongoing pandemic.

. Today the commercial industry is huge so are the disputes arising out of it and these billion dollars disputes prefer to go to Arbitration for obvious reasons. Due to globalization cross-border disputes are also surging and Online Dispute Resolution is the best way to settle a dispute.

We are launching a book on Alternative Dispute resolution.

About the Editor

Mr. Atin Handuja is a practicing Advocate working in the Supreme Court of India. He is the founder Managing Partner of Legalfoxes – A law firm practicing mainly in Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Corporate, Taxation, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and other related domains.

He is President of Justice Remedem – Centre for conflict and Online Dispute Resolution, It is a multinational center having members from across the Globe. The Centre aims to Promote Alternate Dispute Resolution in India which is an upcoming Trend in solving legal disputes and which is the future of conflict resolution In India.

He is also Publisher and Editor-Chief of two Indexed open access peer-reviewed Law Journal are Legalfoxes Law Times and International Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Formatting Guidelines

  • All submissions must follow the Bluebook (20th Edition) style of citation; non-conformity will be a ground for rejection.
    • Submissions must be in Times New Roman font, with size 12 and line spacing 1.5.
    • All footnotes must be in Times New Roman font, with size 10 and line spacing 1.
    • Submissions must be made in .doc/.docx formats only.
  • The documents must not contain any identification markers. Eg: Name of the author after the title, Author as recognized by Word, or any other metadata.
  • The receipt of submission will be intimated to the authors within two weeks of submission.

Note: Publication charges would be intimated to authors whose Chapters have been accepted.
