About the Organiser

The Delhi Legal Rights Consortium, a part of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI) which is a premier National Business Chamber for Women, is inviting applications for membership. WICCI drives changes in governmental policies, laws, incentives and entrepreneurial ecosystems. They are supported by the massive global and influential women?s networks viz. G100, ALL Ladies League (ALL), Women Economic Forum (WEF), and SHEconomy.

About the Internship Opportunity

The State Legal Rights Consortium of NLRC-WICCI is inviting online applications for the membership for the term 2024-25. The membership is open to female law students of India.

Roles include advocating for legal rights, raising awareness, providing legal assistance and support, engaging with legislators, and monitoring and reporting any violations of rights.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working closely with other Consortium leaders to develop a strategic vision
Actively collaborating with fellow Consortium Members to build a leadership team
Leading community education and outreach efforts
Developing specific policy recommendations, incentives proposals and other ideas to move the needle on economic and social matters relevant to the organization’s mission.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a Law student from a recognized university/college
Prior experience interning with legal firms, organizations, advocates
Experience with social media, public relations, or developing graphics/visual content
Proficiency with design programs like Adobe, Canva
This opportunity is for women only
