Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations is organizing a conference on Shaping 2030: The Changing Power-Dynamic of Europe-Asia.
About the Organiser
The Student Think Tank for Europe-Asia Relations (STEAR) aims to strengthen relations and deepen cultural ties between the billions of people living across Europe and Asia.
Our vision is to serve as the first and leading policy institute for students and young professionals in Europe and Asia, to provide a bridge between the two continents, and to strengthen multilateral cooperation and international prosperity.
Our mission is based on three foundations: policy work; cultural exchanges; and our capacity-building program. We recognize the differences in opinion and mindset that living across continents produces, and consider them opportunities to learn from each other

Empowerment
We equip young people with the necessary knowledge and skills to serve as the change-makers and bridge-builders in Europe-Asia affairs.

Exploring the relationship between Europe-Asia in the year 2030 by using the current presentation as a precursor
Tech Governance and Data Regulation
How can we craft a transformative tech movement that amplifies innovation while empowering individuals in an ethical and democratic way?
Sustainable Development and Green-Transition
What are the different ways to power this green transition and mitigate its current challenges while respecting both domestic and international social stakeholders?
Cultural exchanges: Education and research
How can we enhance cross-cultural collaboration in education and research to advance inclusion, cooperation, and sustainability?
Governance & IR: Fostering a global movement in an international order
How can we safeguard the rules-based international order in a multipolar world in times of growing uncertainty and animosity?
Eligibility
Youth between 18-30 interested in Europe – Asia relations, international relations, and/or public policy.
Registration Procedure
Interested candidates may register for the conference through the link provided towards the end of this post, Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
