The High Court of Bombay is the high court of the states of Maharashtra and Goa in India and the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
About the Opportunity
Online Applications are invited in the prescribed form from eligible candidates for filling up 2 posts of Family Court Judges in the regular cadre and 13 temporary posts of Family Court Judges in the State of Maharashtra.

- 13 temporary posts in the state of Maharashtra.
Eligibility Criteria
- A candidate must, on the last date of submission of the online application, not be less than 35 years of age.
- At least seven years held a Judicial Office in India or the Office of a Member of a Tribunal or any post under the Union or a State requiring special knowledge of the law or at least seven years have been an Advocate of a High Court or of two or more such Courts in succession.
- Post Graduate in Law with a specialization in personal Law.
- At least seven years experience in fieldwork/research or of teaching in a Government Department or in a College/University or a comparable academic institute, with special reference to the problem of women and children or has seven years experience in the examination and/or application of Central/State Laws relating to marriage, divorce, maintenance, guardianship, adoption, and other family dispute.
