Eligibility (as per organization/parent cadre)

• Central/State Government officers:
  • Working in analogous grade i.e., SAG (Level-14) in the relevant discipline; OR
  • SG (Level-13) with 17 years’ Group ‘A’ service in the relevant discipline.
• PSU employees:
  • Working in analogous grade ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (IDA) (E8); OR
  • ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 (IDA) (E7) with 4 years’ service in that grade.
• Educational qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university/institute is required.

Tenure and selection

• Tenure: Deputation as per DFCCIL policy/standard terms; usual initial period 3 years extendable, subject to parent cadre consent and DFCCIL rules.
• Selection: Shortlisting by DFCCIL based on eligibility; forwarding through proper channel with vigilance/disciplinary clearance and APARs/ACRs as per standard deputation norms.
