Technical Directorate: Downstream
Applicants must have a Post Graduate Degree in Science/Engineering and at least 1 year of post-qualification experience, preferably in Geospatial/Space areas such as Geoinformatics, Earth Observation, Communication, Navigation, or allied technologies. A Ph.D. or PGDM/MBA is desirable.
Technical Directorate: Upstream

Salary And Age Limit
IN-SPACe has fixed the age and remuneration structure as follows:

Work Profile

General Terms And Conditions
Tenure
Young Professionals will initially be engaged for one year, extendable up to three years, one year at a time. No extension is available beyond three years. The engagement begins from the date of joining.
Working Hours And Leave
Working hours are normally 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on working days. However, YPs may be required to work on weekends or holidays depending on official exigencies. Paid leave is allowed at 1.5 days per completed month, and leave cannot be accumulated beyond the calendar year.
Women YPs may be eligible for maternity leave up to 26 weeks, in line with the Maternity Benefit Amendment Act, 2017.
Remuneration And Increment
The remuneration is consolidated, and no additional allowance is admissible beyond the stated amount except applicable deductions such as Professional Tax/TDS. Payment is released after completion of the month based on performance certification by the reporting officer.

Termination
The engagement is temporary and may be terminated by IN-SPACe at any time with 15 days’ notice or pay in lieu thereof. The same notice period applies if the YP chooses to disengage.
