Eligibility and experience

  • Executive Director (F&A)
    • Education: CA/CMA/MBA or PGDM (Finance); desirable CS/Law.
    • Experience: 23 years executive experience; ≥1 year at ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or equivalent; private sector CTC ≥₹61.87 lakh; listed company and ERP exposure preferred.
    • Scope: Lead Accounts, Audit & Budget, Compliance & Reporting, Retail/New segments, New instruments/AIFs, Loan Management, Treasury & ALM, Recovery, Resources (domestic/international), RBI/SEBI interfaces; IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, SOPs, internal controls, risk and funding strategy.
  • Executive Director (F&A – Internal Audit)
    • Education: CA/CMA/MBA or PGDM (Finance); desirable CS/Law.
    • Experience: 23 years executive; ≥1 year at ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or equivalent; private CTC ≥₹61.87 lakh; listed and ERP experience preferred.
    • Scope: Implement and oversee Risk‑Based Internal Audit (RBIA), ISA policy, regulatory alignment (RBI/others), forensic/analytics stewardship, and evaluate process/policy changes across the enterprise.
  • General Manager (F&A)
    • Education: CA/CMA/MBA or PGDM (Finance); desirable CS/Law.
    • Experience: 20 years executive; ≥1 year at ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 or equivalent; private CTC ≥₹52.27 lakh; listed, ERP preferred.
    • Scope: Similar F&A leadership portfolios across accounts, compliance, treasury/ALM, resources, recovery, taxation, and controls; capital markets (bonds/QIP) exposure valued.
  • General Manager (F&A – Investor Relations)
    • Education: CA/CMA/MBA or PGDM (Finance); desirable CS/Law.
    • Experience: 20 years executive; ≥1 year at ₹1,00,000–2,60,000 or equivalent; private CTC ≥₹52.27 lakh; listed, ERP preferred.
    • Scope: Investor engagement, ratings surveillance, shareholding analysis, earnings decks, market commentary, roadshows/analyst meets, financial modelling/presentations, RBI/SEBI and capital market familiarity; IB/IR/broking/sell‑side experience is a plus.
  • Executive Director (Company Secretary)
    • Education: Associate Member of ICSI; desirable Law/CA/CMA/MBA/PGDM (Finance).
    • Experience: 23 years executive; ≥1 year at ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 or equivalent; private CTC ≥₹61.87 lakh; listed experience mandatory; ERP preferred; ≥15 years in listed company.
    • Scope: Corporate Governance and statutory compliance, board/committee/AGM conduct, SEBI/Depositories/Exchange compliance, shareholder services, secretarial audit, insider trading controls, JV/subsidiary compliances; deep knowledge of Co. Act, RBI/SEBI/DPE norms.
  • Executive Director (Projects)
    • Education/experience as per PDF; senior leadership for project development, risk, and execution in renewables.
  • Deputy General Manager (Law)
    • Education: Graduate with LL.B. (3‑year) or 5‑year Integrated Law; desirable LL.M.
    • Experience: 14 years executive; ≥1 year at ₹80,000–2,20,000 or equivalent; private CTC ≥₹41.56 lakh; listed, ERP preferred.
    • Scope: Drafting/vetting/execution of project finance legal documents, legal due diligence (projects/promoters/contracts/title), expertise in corporate/commercial laws, DRT/Civil/Criminal/NCLT/arbitration; handle documentation independently; structure security packages.

Selection process and reservation

  • Shortlisting based on eligibility and experience; further selection via test/interview as per post; medical/document verification before appointment.
  • PwBD suitability for DGM (Law): categories such as B/LV, HH, OA/OL/BA etc., as specified in Annexure; check post‑wise matrix in the PDF.
