National Law University Delhi invites online applications from eligible and qualified candidates for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor (Law) in the areas of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Insolvency Law, and Constitutional Law.

1. Assistant Professor (Law) – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.M. with a minimum of 55% marks in Intellectual Property Rights.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) qualification; OR
• Ph.D. in Law as per UGC Regulations.
• Minimum 02 years of teaching experience in the field of IPR.
• Evidence of quality publications in the area of IPR.

2. Assistant Professor (Law) – Insolvency Law

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.M. with a minimum of 55% marks in Insolvency Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) qualification; OR
• Ph.D. in Law as per UGC Regulations.
• Minimum 02 years of teaching experience in the field of Insolvency Law.
• Evidence of quality publications in the area of Insolvency Law.

3. Assistant Professor (Law) – Constitutional Law

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.M. with a minimum of 55% marks in Constitutional Law.
• UGC-NET/SLAT (Law) qualification; OR
• Ph.D. in Law as per UGC Regulations.
• Minimum 02 years of teaching experience in the field of Constitutional Law.
• Evidence of quality publications in the area of Constitutional Law.
