About Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission
Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission was established on 17th August 1998 as an independent statutory body corporate as per the provision of the Haryana Electricity Reform Act, 1997. Haryana was the second State in India to initiate the process of Reform & Restructuring of the Power sector.
About the Position
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the post of Joint Director (Law).

Eligibility Criteria
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Hindi/Sanskrit up to matriculation.
- Must be a member of the Bar Association.
- Twelve years experience in legal practice with a minimum of seven years experience in Electricity Laws before APTEL/any State Regulatory Commission.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
