- Six years’ regular service in posts in Level-5 in the pay matrix or equivalent, or
- Ten years’ regular service in posts in Level-4 in the pay matrix or equivalent
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized university (or equivalent)
- Other Requirements: Must have working knowledge of computers
