About the Organisation
The Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority (WDRA) was constituted on 26.10.2010 under the Warehousing (Development and Regulation) Act, 2007 vide Government of India Gazette Notification dated 26th October 2010. The Act provides for the establishment of the WDRA to exercise the powers conferred on it and to perform the functions assigned to it under the Act, Rules and Regulations for the development and regulation of warehouses, negotiability of warehouse receipts and promote orderly growth of the warehousing business in the country.

Warehousing Development and Regulatory Authority invites applications for the post of Junior Consultant (Law).
Eligibility
- Degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Proficient in working on computers and typing work.
- Minimum 10 years working experience in the field of legal matters.
- He should have worked in grade pay of Rs. 5400/- (as per 6th CPC) or Level 10 as per the 7th CPC or above or equivalent pay scales for at least five years. Retired Government / Central or State PSU official, having working experience in the Legal matters
- No criminal/vigilance proceeding shall be in progress.
- The consultant should have good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong flare for noting and drafting.
