About the Organisation
The Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRTs) and Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals (DRATs) were established under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act (RDB Act), 1993 with the specific objective of providing expeditious adjudication and recovery of debts due to Banks and Financial Institutions.
Eligibility
- The candidate must be a Law Graduate having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (including an integrated Degree Course in Law)/LLM with a 55% minimum mark from any College/University/institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
- The candidate must have sound knowledge of computer applications including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes.
- The candidate must not be below the age of 21 years and not above 30 years.
Duration
The period of contract initially will be 1 year that may be extended to up to 3 years.
