Eligibility
The candidate must be a fresh law graduate or postgraduate in law from a University, College or Institution established by law in India, and must have a basic knowledge of computers. Under the Scheme for engaging Legal Researcher, a Legal Researcher is paid a fixed honorarium of Rs. 50,000 per month, without any dearness or other allowance or perquisite.

Eligible candidates must apply online through the Rajasthan High Court’s online application portal, within the time limit of 1:00 pm on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 pm on 29 October 2026. Candidates may also apply through various e-Mitra kiosks, paying the requisite e-Mitra service charges. The examination fee must be deposited online by 5:00 pm on 30 October 2026.
Role and Importance
The Legal Researcher will assist Hon’ble Mr. Justice Bhuwan Goyal in judicial work, including searching out case law, articles and papers, taking down notes of arguments, and preparing notes about the facts of cases.
