Roles and Responsibilities

Asst. General Manager (Law & Recovery):

  • Should be well conversant with all legal matters and should have adequate knowledge of Law relating to Banking, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, recovery, Contracts, Taxation, Labour, Corporate Law, Vetting of products, payments, accounting etc.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the vetting of deeds, and drafting of legal documents besides ensuring compliance with requirements under various Acts, conducting court & arbitration cases, vetting contracts & rendering legal advice to other departments.
  • Excellent leadership qualities and decision-making capabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to lead a team of Law
  • Professionals with result oriented approach and commitment to quality and assigned targets.

Regional Manager (Law & Recovery):

  • Should be well conversant with all legal matters and should have adequate knowledge of Law relating to Banking, Insolvency & Bankruptcy, recovery,

Age Limit (As of 01.01.2023)

  • Manager (Scale – III): 23 Years to 35 Years
  • Regional Manager (Scale IV): 30 Years to 45 Years
  • Asst. General Manager (Scale – V): 32 Years to 50 Years

Essential Qualifications

Manager (Law & Recovery):

  • Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of integrated law course from a recognized university in India.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience.

Regional Manager (Law & Recovery):

  • Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of integrated law courses from a recognized university in India.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience.

Asst. General Manager (Law & Recovery):

  • Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who has passed 5 years of integrated law courses from a recognized university in India.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience.
