Court Observation: ”…..the Insurance Company cannot be made liable to satisfy the award of compensation for death of any occupant when it is an admitted position that the policy under which the vehicle was insured was a Private Car Act Policy.”

”…it is seen that there is no dispute that the policy in question was Private Car Act Policy which does not cover the risk of the occupants and accordingly the Insurance Company cannot be made liable to satisfy the award of compensation for death of any occupant when it is an admitted position that the policy under which the vehicle was insured was a Private Car Act Policy”
