About the Opportunity

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) invites applications for 02 (two) posts of Assistant General Manager (AGM) on a deputation basis from eligible officers currently working in Government, RBI, Banks, Financial Institutions, Regulatory Bodies, Statutory Bodies, and Academies.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Officers with not less than eight years of experience in the officer cadre which a minimum of five years of experience in the field of law.
  • Post Graduate in Law from a recognized University or Institution with knowledge of Insolvency or Bankruptcy issues.

How to Apply?

  • Applications shall be made in the prescribed format given in Annexure B.
  • Applications shall be submitted through the proper channel along with copies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports of the last three years and vigilance clearance.
