About the Event
The Information Technology Law Discussion Series is a live panel discussion series with Industry Experts on the various aspects of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and allied rules and regulations. The discussion series is being organized by the Centre for Excellence in Technology Law and Policy, Law for Aid and Welfare (LAW-CTLP).

The Centre for Excellence in Technology Law and Policy, Law for Aid and Welfare (LAW-CTLP) is a research and consulting wing established in recognition of the need to have a dedicated organization working from advisory, consulting, and research perspectives viz. a viz. technology law and policy.
We also strive to research reconfigurations of social purposes and structures through the use of emerging technology, internet, and digital media technologies, and vice versa.
LAW-CTLP aspires to be the leading institution in exploration, intervention in, and advancement of contemporary discourse around emerging technologies and regulatory practices.
Eligibility
The program is open for all to attend (whether or not the person has been trained in law).
Location
The program/panel discussion shall be conducted online using virtual learning management system platforms.
