Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an Advocate.
- Out of the total, at least 3 years of experience in actual practice/litigation before a High Court.
OR- Must be a serving or retired District Judge or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
- Proven experience in independent handling and management of legal matters.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents, including agreements and deeds.
- Proficient knowledge of laws related to Electricity, Company Law, Arbitration, Contract, Income Tax, and Sale of Goods.
- Computer proficiency in preparing legal documents and spreadsheets is essential.
