The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) invites applications for the position of Deputy Registrar at its Ahmedabad Bench on a contractual basis.

Position Details

Essential Qualifications & Experience

For Candidates with Professional Qualifications:

  • Degree in Law, or a Full-Time MBA (General/HR) from a recognized university/institute.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficiency in working within a fully digital/online environment, preferably in a Government or Public Sector Undertaking.
  • Preference: Candidates with experience working in a Court or Tribunal.

For Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree Only:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields such as Law, Management, Public Affairs, Finance, etc., preferably in Government or PSU roles.
  • Must be proficient in online systems and platforms.
  • Preference: Candidates with prior experience in Court or Tribunal operations.
