The National Conference on “The Basics & intricacies of Cross Examination” will incorporate a discussion on the topic mentioned herein. The law students, teachers, professionals and all the participants will have an opportunity to put forward their views and queries relating to the topic.
The Guest Speaker will elucidate on the basic concept on cross-examination, the intricacies, techniques, tips, share his experience, and throw light upon the loopholes and problems faced by advocates while conducting cross-examination. The participants will gain an insight of cross-examination as a whole
